I accept the terms and
conditions of this licence
DIANA-lab may demand compensation from the LICENSEE for uses other than those granted in this license. No property rights with respect to TarBase v7.0, data or source code shall transfer to the LICENSEE through this agreement.
The LICENSEE, the user and any research assistants, co-workers or other workers who may use TarBase v7.0 agree to not give the data to third parties or grant licenses which include TarBase v7.0, alone or integrated into other databases, to third parties without the prior consent of the laboratory. DIANA-lab may demand compensation from the LICENSEE for transfer of confidential information and licenses granted to third parties by the LICENSEE. TarBase v7.0 may not be placed on public servers by LICENSEE.
Either party's obligation for confidentiality shall not extend to any information which is or becomes generally available to the public, is already known or subsequently disclosed by third parties to the recipient party and at its free disposal.
DIANA-lab does not assume any responsibility for TarBase v7.0 and the use of TarBase v7.0. DIANA-lab will not assume any liability for damages occurring through the use of the TarBase v7.0. DIANA-lab does not guarantee the suitability of TarBase v7.0 for any applications.
DIANA-lab will disclose any known rights of third parties to TarBase v7.0. However DIANA-lab does not warrant for any possible infringement of rights. The LICENSEE has to acquire on his own all necessary licenses for supporting TarBase v7.0 if not otherwise agreed in writing.
The LICENSEE will inform DIANA-lab of any defects found in TarBase v7.0. The LICENSEE will also inform the DIANA-lab about any modification made to TarBase v7.0.
In case TarBase v7.0 is or will be under the control of the LICENSEE before this agreement is signed DIANA-lab gives consent to use of the TarBase v7.0 under the condition of this licensing agreement.
This agreement is subject to Greek law. It may be terminated by either side with a two months notice. In case of termination, the LICENSEE will return TarBase v7.0 and its modifications including all copies on any media to DIANA-lab.
